This Young Coach Development Programme is aimed to coaches between 17 and 24 and has been created as an opportunity to support newly qualified or aspiring coaches throughout the early stages of their coaching journey. The programme will take place in a four-week window between Mid-June and the end of August.
This four-week programme will include:
- Free ECB CA Membership
- 2 x Observed Coaching Sessions from an ECB Qualified Coach Developer
- 30 Min Weekly Catch Ups with an ECB Qualified Coach Developer
- Opportunity to Shadow an ECB Qualified Coach Developer
This is completely free to the coaches, and coaches will be selected on the following criteria:
- Coaches Must Be Qualified to a Minimum ECB Support Coach Level
- Passion for Coaching and Personal Development
- Future Opportunities to Coach
Please note - coaches won’t be selected on ability or experience, just the ambition to improve and develop their coaching to help cricketers, along with their future opportunities to develop within their club or organisation.
