Schools Cricket Development Manager and ACE Cricket Development Officer
Due to career development this vacancy has arisen at Warwickshire Cricket Board at an exciting time for Schools’ Cricket in Warwickshire as we, with strong support from key partners such as the England and Wales Cricket Board, Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Chance to Shine, seek to significantly grow the number of schools receiving our cricket offer.


The Warwickshire Cricket Boards seeks to employ a highly motivated and competent Development Officer to work on the Birmingham African-Caribbean Engagement (ACE) Programme in Birmingham. The principal aim will be to increase participation in cricket especially people with African-Caribbean backgrounds. You will need to be passionate about, and committed to, the development of cricket and, in particular, bringing cricket to diverse communities. Part of the role’s focus will be working with traditional cricket partners, such as clubs and schools, however we would also expect the role to investigate new markets and partners to help drive participation to new audiences. With that in mind we are seeking an innovative individual who will bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
