From the success of the Warwickshire Cricket Board Coaches’ Conference 2013, Warwickshire Cricket Board are happy to announce on Saturday 22nd March 2014, Cookie Patel will be taking a 3 hour workshop on fielding with the focus being on skills and drills for a club coach. Cookie will focus on drills used in a club environment with technical aspect linked within the session.

Cookie Patel is a Level 4 Coach and is highly regarded within the ECB coaches team. He has worked with the top cricketers of our generation and has worked with many county 1st teams on fielding specifically. Cookie is currently Head Fielding Coach of the England Senior Ladies Team.

Within the 3 hour session Cookie will go through a wide range of new drills and skills. Looking at a club environment Cookie will show you how to set up drills and talk you through technical aspects such as throwing, driving and catching.
