Mini Bears

These softball sessions will consist of numerous FUNdamental activities and games, to develop basic movement and co-ordination skills, as well as the introduction of simple techniques for cricket.
The 8 week programme will cover all areas of the game, batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping as well as providing opportunities for match play practice.
To complement the course all children will be involved in the ECB Skill Awards throughout the programme where they will have the opportunity to try and gain either the Bronze or
Silver skill Award.
This is a great opportunity to get your child talent identified and to start their journey through the Warwickshire Cricket Board player pathway.

Introduction to Hardball

The introduction to hardball coaching programme will provide youngsters with an ideal opportunity to learn the required techniques and skills to make net practice effective. During the course children will be exposed to hardball drills and practices to build their confidence and skills.
The course will cover all disciplines of cricket, batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping
and talented youngsters will be invited to attend a select group to receive further sessions at Edgbaston to develop their skills.
